DressUp provides outfit suggestions based on your wardrobe and preferences. These are purely suggestions and we are not responsible for any consequences, decisions, or results based on those suggestions.

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

• The App may offer in-app purchases and subscriptions (e.g., Silver and Gold plans).
• Payments are processed via Google Play or Apple Store depending on your platform.
• You are responsible for managing your subscription, including cancellations or renewals.
• No refunds are guaranteed except as required by law or store policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and code of DressUp (excluding your uploaded items) is the intellectual property of DressUpStyle.ai. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app at any time for violations of these terms or misuse of the service.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will always be error-free or available.
