These Terms govern your use of DressUp. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If the law where you live requires a higher age or parental authorization, you may use DressUp only after meeting that requirement.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

2. Permitted Use

DressUp is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, bypass security or purchase controls, scrape or reverse-engineer protected parts of the service, or use it in violation of law or another person’s rights.

3. Your Content

You retain your rights in content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, reproduce and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service and provide the features you request.

You must own the content or have permission to use it. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, abusive or unnecessarily sensitive content. Some requested AI and image features require content to be processed by the providers described in the Privacy Policy.

4. AI and Style Suggestions

DressUp generates automated style suggestions and visual results that may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. Results are for inspiration and entertainment, not professional advice or a guarantee of appearance, fit, availability or outcome. Review results before relying on them.

5. Premium, StyleCoins and Purchases

DressUp may offer a Premium subscription and consumable StyleCoins through Apple App Store or Google Play:

prices, billing period, trial availability and included benefits are shown in the store purchase screen before confirmation;
subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple or Google account within the period shown by the store;
deleting the app does not cancel a subscription;
StyleCoins are a limited, non-transferable in-app entitlement, have no cash value and may be used only for eligible DressUp features;
purchases, renewals, cancellations, restoration and refunds are processed under the applicable store rules and mandatory law;
a free trial, promotion or introductory offer may be limited to eligible users and may change or end as permitted by the store rules.

6. Intellectual Property

DressUp, its software, branding, designs and service content—excluding your content and third-party materials—are owned by DressUpStyle.ai or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

7. Availability and Changes

We may maintain, update, modify or discontinue features to improve or secure the service, comply with law or adapt to provider availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Where required, material changes affecting paid services will be communicated appropriately.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security threats, unlawful activity or serious violations of these Terms. You may stop using DressUp at any time. Rights and obligations that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

9. Disclaimers and Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DressUp is provided “as is” and “as available”. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control or by misuse of the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Italy, without limiting mandatory consumer rights or jurisdiction rules that apply in your country of residence.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect product, provider or legal changes. We will revise the date above and provide additional notice when required. If you do not agree with a material update, you should stop using the service.
